We are under going some renovations, in fact a wholesale change of our site. The change is to keep up with the most modern and newest technologies. The Paid functions will still be here but what you see as the face of TradingChief.Com will change drastically over the next 8 weeks!

You will see things disappearing from the site as the days progress. These things are being done so that we do not have to shut the site down. So bear with us while we "RENOVATE".

The change was motivated by 3 things. Hackers, Usage and Relevancy.

Menus became a real hassle for us, we have a new menu system that will be "obvious and instantaneous". The major things you will notice is the "NEW TradingChief.Com will not be anything like the old one" so standby for some big changes! He who standstill dies, we do not intend too!

We will be more focused on fast, realtime trading information, and far less on archiving what a poster said 3 years ago. Everything will be faster and more focused on trading!!

Chief Charts will be replaced with something that runs on a Linux. We were hacked so many times, we no longer could trust the server. So we are in the process of replacing chiefcharts with a dumbed down version that allows quick Trendlines and the necessary visuals to make a determination as to a buy or not. The objective is to "de-clutter" we made a tonne of pages that in most cases never got used. We will still have them, but will not put them up again unless, someone misses the page. So brace yourself for a new and more dynamic TradingChief.Com with far greater flexibilty and function then the last one.

We are no longer interested in historical data that dates back to 2005. It servers little to no use in todays society so the New BulletinBoard will be very much like a Realtime chat with some archival ability. 99.999999% of our archival data efforts will be company info archives, not what members said 3 weeks ago, 3 months ago or 3 years ago.

We are migrating to an information technology site, where functions like ChiefSearch, which is "under appreciated Search" will be showcased for the value it holds. We will be show casing functions that no other site has, to ensure your trades are better and faster.

We hope to be finished Part 1 of a 4 step site change by Sept 01. How fast we progress totally depends on our programmers. Setting an end date has always failed us in the past. So we will tell you when we are finished. We will post the changes as they happen under "WHATSNEW"
